Shipping Information

We ship via USPS, generally using Priority Mail service for most items. We may choose to use another method of shipping if the size or weight of the piece warrants it, or if you'd like the item rushed. There is an additional charge for rush shipping, and you'll need to either phone, fax or email your order to us to request it. Unfortunately, our shopping cart just isn't equipped to handle that yet.

Generally, items shipped via Priority Mail take 2-5 days to arrive from the date of shipping (not purchase.) If ship time is a concern, please feel free to call us to discuss the fastest possible shipping, and to be sure that the item is in stock and eligible for expedited shipping. Items that are not in stock at the time of order may take 2-4 weeks to restock prior to shipping.

Typically, all smaller items are carefully packaged together in one box. If you're ordering larger items, they may have to be packaged separately. All items are carefully packaged to prevent damage in shipping, and all packages are sent with Delivery Confirmation to ensure delivery to the proper address.

All orders/items over of the amount of $10 are automatically sent insured. If you've received an item that was damaged in shipping, please see our return policy.

We do not gift wrap any items at this time, however we are willing to send a package directly to the gift recipient if you wish. At checkout, just enter the shipping address as you
would like us to send it, but be sure that you enter the
correct billing address.

Please mark these orders as "gifts" in the special instructions field of the shopping cart so that we know to include our contact information and return policies with the order. We plan to offer gift wrapping service in the near future, please check back again soon.
