Return Policy

No refunds. Exchange/Credit only within 14 days of delivery, original invoice is required. Exchange/Credit only when item(s) are in new unused condition, or in the case of manufacturing defect as determined by management.

All returns must be authorized, please contact us prior to returning merchandise. We are not responsible for any damage occurring to items during shipping; as the USPS will insure all packages.

Due to health codes, we do not allow any returns on pierced earrings or body jewelry
